OUTSIDE WORKOUTSEnjoy the beautiful year round weather Maui has to offer with an outside workout. I categorize these workouts as mostly cardio with some strength and agility drills mixed in. We can do these workouts at a park, your favorite beach, the track, or any place outside. These are intense workouts, no two workouts are ever the same. I like to challenge my clients with exercises and drills that they haven’t done in a while or may never have done before. I have some great equipment such as hurdles, medicine balls, fitness ladders that we’ll use. But often the most difficult, challenging and best exercises are already present; the sand, grass, hills, trees, whatever is available. I also do CrossFit workouts. CrossFit training is intense, short training session (usually lasting 20-30 minutes) where the cardiovascular and muscular systems are trained. I do CrossFit Workouts for individuals or groups, or you can join a group session that is open to all on Saturday mornings. |
